Please be advised that a Special Meeting of the stockholders of METRO PACIFIC INVESTMENTS CORPORATION will be held on Thursday, 25th day of August 2011, 3:00 p.m. at the Rigodon Ballroom 1, Ground Floor, The Peninsula Manila, Corner of Ayala and Makati Avenues, Makati City 1226 Philippines, for the following purposes:
1.To approve the listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange of certain common shares issued by the Company in accordance with current PSE rules and regulations for placing and subscription transactions and private placements
2.To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting and at any adjournment thereof.
The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on the 25th day of July 2011, as the record date for the determination of stockholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Special Stockholders’ Meeting.
